If you are calling for the first time, the Appointment Team will be able to listen to your needs, explain how the services operate and discuss any options available during your call. We also provide answer phone facilities for those times when we may be unavailable to take your call. If you leave your name and number the Appointment Team will return your call at the earliest opportunity.

As a voluntary organisation we try to be as responsive as we can to enquiries that we receive. Our main emphasis is in meeting the needs of those people that want access to our services.
We will, however, respond to enquiries received at the earliest opportunity.
Appointments are arranged by our Appointment Team based in Chatham. When an appointment is arranged they will inform you of the address of our Centre. For details, and to look up a map click here.
The Drop In services do not require an appointment. However, we strongly recommend that you call the Appointment Team on 01634 846914 to make sure that the service is running on the day you plan to attend.
